Meal Planning
In an effort to make meal planning easier, I'm developing six weeks of menu's complete with shopping lists that I can pull out and use at a moment's notice.   Thought I would share these with you, my readers, free of charge.  Personal family tastes can vary greatly from family to family.  However, these recipes are all ones that my children willingly eat.  The recipes are ones I use over and over because of ease in preparation.  I tend to use common ingredients that are not extremely pricey.  My aim in cooking is to have nourishing but filling meals.  I have a lot of growing boys to keep filled up around this house.  I double about every recipe that is on each menu to feed our family of nine.
